Payment Processing

We take online payments for our range of products. We use PayPal and Google Checkout as our external payment provider. As you go through the transaction process we will let you know when you are about to be transferred to PayPal or Google's servers for the secure transaction. Gangaa.com does not have any access to these credit card details and they are not stored or processed in any way by Gangaa.com.
 

Ordering Information

If you are ordering, please use the 'add to cart' button for the specified item. Our shopping cart is secure.

We encourage questions before your purchase. However if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please e-mail us immediately stating the reasons for your dissatisfaction. The email address is:  Subsequently Shannirvi Enterprise will give a full refund, excluding postage and insurance, provided that the item is in the SAME CONDITION as it was sent and returned in the same packaging and manner.

Credit card purchases will be given a refund on their credit card.

Postage & Packaging

All jewellery issued from Shannirvi Enterprise is boxed and wrapped securely. If you are returning an item, please make sure that you do the same. All items are sent through Registered Post by air mail, thereby insuring the item and requiring a signature on receipt.
